Office will be conducted to require that elected and
appointed officials, including Presidents and Members of
Congress, shall affirm, by signed, sworn affidavit, the
following: To confirm veracity of Presidents, Vice Presidents, and Members of Congress who sign such sworn affidavits, the Federal Bureau of Investigation would be authorized to interview staffs of the White House and Members of Congress under oath to confirm the validity of the affidavit. |

To combat political abuse of office, Presidents, Vice Presidents, and Members of Congress also must be required to sign a SWORN AFFIDAVIT affirming non-abuse of of office. |
