Over the years, businesses, professionals, organized crime, and others have a long, horrific record of exploitation, fraud, theft, endangering lives of, and killing people--for MONEY The criminalistic, life-endangering, people-killing record includes: Airline companies produce and operate defective, poorly maintained, or inadequately manned, airplanes that crash and KILL PEOPLE Automobile manufacturers produce and sell cars that fall apart, catch fire, or cause accidents on the road and KILL PEOPLE Food producers, processors, and manufacturers  allow, or put, foreign or dangerous substances--water, bones, fat, sawdust, chemicals in foods; OR  allow disease (such as salmonella and e coli) in poultry or meat; OR allow other contaminations that sicken or kill people Chemical companies contaminate water supply, soil, and other elements of the environment with chemicals, pesticides, carcinogens, and other jeopardies that endanger health and life Mining companies bury workers in mines because of lack of safety standards Industries create thousands of toxic waste dumps across the nation endangering life Industries and other businesses still operate unsafe or hazardous workplaces that cause about 70,000 deaths a year and more than 13 million injuries. Historically, too, businesses, professionals, and others have engaged in other acts to exploit, defraud, and steal from citizens.  These include: Lawyers overcharging clients for representation in litigation Medical professions, hospitals, and laboratories overcharging patients and government for medical services  Non-valid charges to citizens for car repair, plumbing, electricity, construction or repair and other services industries Religious imposters that con congregations out of millions of dollars and then build economic empires of mansions, expensive automobiles, jewelry, and other luxuries Other anti-human, anti-nation criminality For decades, corporations and other businesses--and their political pimps in Congress and White House--have conducted massive campaigns against regulations by the Government. The goal of the anti-government campaign against regulations has been to allow acts of criminality by BUSINESSES, PROFESSIONALS, and others designed to exploit, defraud, steal, endanger the lives of, and KILL PEOPLE--for MONEY! Advice to the deregulationists:  CLEAN UP YOUR CRIMINAL ACTS!  Then, the Government--and CITIZENS--can get rid of over-costly regulations caused by ACTS YOU PERPETRATE and PERPETUATE that endanger human life and threaten society! Under the new U.S. Constitution for 21st Century and Beyond, national policies on regulation, or deregulation, of anti-citizen acts by business, professionals and other criminals will be determined by citizens.  Through a National Referendum on Regulation or Deregulation of Businesses, Professionals, and others, CITIZENS will take action to prohibit exploitation, defrauding, endangering lives of, and KILLING PEOPLE for MONEY! «««««
