The decision for adoption of a new Constitution is SO IMPORTANT that it should be made ONLY by VOTER-TAXPAYER-CITIZENS! |
The
creation of DEMOCRACY in the United States of America will
require adoption of a new Constitution (1) for effective
control by citizens of Representative
Government--proven corrupt in a non-controlled
status; and (2) for exercise of real CITIZEN POWERS
through Direct Democracy by National Referendum. Unfortunately, the existing Constitution provides only for amendment. Even though it does not provide for replacement, however, neither does it prohibit it. In
recognition of such realities, it will be necessary for
citizens to contact the President and Members of
Congress to urge enactment of a law to authorize a
National Referendum for Adoption of the new U.S.
Constitution for 21st Century and Beyond. The
National Referendum will need to be preceded by a
nationwide education program on the merits, values, and
rewards of the proposed U.S. Constitution.
Approval by 2/3 or more of citizens voting in a national
election will constitute confirmation of adoption of a new
Constitution. The
national decision for adoption of a new Constitution is SO
IMPORTANT that it should be made ONLY by
VOTER-TAXPAYER-CITIZENS. The decision should NOT BE
MADE by elected, or appointed, proven-untrustworthy
Representatives in the White House, Congress, or State
Legislatures (as provided by the old Constitution). For the FUTURE, AMENDMENT of the NEW CONSTITUTION must be made directly by VOTER-CITIZENS through NATIONAL REFERENDUM. |
