national affairs and determining national
destiny.

"Voice" for CITIZENS
Under the
new U.S. Constitution for 21st Century and
Beyond, WE, the PEOPLE--now voiceless and
powerless--will be endowed with a STRONG "Voice" for
managing affairs of the nation.
Article
I, Powers of the Citizens, reads:
"All original powers shall reside with citizens of the
nation. The powers of citizens shall include
authority:
- To
elect, or appoint, Representatives to administer the will
of the people through Representative
Government
- To
directly enact laws by a National Referendum vote of
eligible citizens
- To
instruct, remove, or impeach Representatives elected, or
appointed, to the White House, Congress, and other
components of Government
- To
enact, amend, revise, and repeal laws and provisions of
the Constitution, as required by circumstances, events,
and times
- To
perform other duties and acts necessary for effective
Government by consent of the governed
The new
POWERS of CITIZENSHIP will endow voter-taxpayers-citizens
with real authority (a) to rectify inequities, inadequacies,
and evils in existing systems; and (b) to determine national
destiny.
